Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to acclimate to our environment, and for time to change.

Late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment time. The regular fee will apply.

Please speak softly throughout the spa. For the comfort of all our guests, please turn off cell phones and electronic devices.

If you have any medical conditions, are under a doctor’s care, are pregnant, have allergies, or are using acne medications, please notify our spa staff so we may assist you in choosing the proper treatment.

If you must cancel, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

A credit card is required to hold reservations. Without a credit card, we will be unable to hold your reservation.

During treatments, our service providers are trained and required to drape you appropriately for privacy.

A locker is provided for your belongings.

Reservations are recommended. We do ask that you reserve your next experience before leaving. This will guarantee the availability of your desired services and times.

Walk in appointments are welcome, but not always guaranteed.

As a courtesy to other guests and in an effort to offer a stress-free environment and soothing atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children, or extra guests into our spa and salon.

We will gladly accept any retail return for store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase and if accompanied by a receipt.

No refunds or exchanges will be given on makeup, brushes, sale items or items on consignment.

We offer a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. Please note that all gift certificates are non-refundable.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of use.

The Sanctuary Day Spa does accept Spa Finder cards. However, they cannot be used on any discounted tickets, Mini Spa Day, or Great Escape packages or for gratuity.

Please note that Happy cards must be redeemed for Spa Finders prior to using at the Sanctuary.

Gratuities are not included in spa or salon pricing. A 20% gratuity is added to parties of 3 or more, the Mini Spa Day and Great Escape packages.

At the Sanctuary Day Spa, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.

While this is not a common occurrence, the safety and security of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance to us.
